Terrible phone lines , I have phoned about 10 times and the phone just rings out I could understand if it told me I’d been placed it a queue but it seems as though nobody is at reception to answer the phone. I was left a voice message this morning while I was at work to phone back and now no one even answers the phone.

It’s is a great doctors surgery let down by the phone system and waiting times. It sometimes takes over an hour to actually get through to reception and today I have been waiting over an hour for my appointment which I think it’s unacceptable. If appointments are running late you should be informed when you arrive, in addition to this doctors should force patients to stick there allotted time, and if they are late they unfortunately should miss there appointment. Based on today’s experience I will be looking at moving to another surgery, which is a shame as the staff are lovely.
