The appointment system is ridiculous. Why are doctors not seeing everyone face to face like before covid ..why can’t you just make a Dr appointment without nurse calls and reception questions which are not medically trained to decide when you see a Dr .. You ring on the dot at 8am and 200 calls later there’s no appointments .. or you work that you can never stand at the phone or be outside at 8am .. I am an nhs worker and we worked all through everything

Trying to get an appointment to see your GP is impossible I'm struggling really bad with my mental health and I'm having problems getting an appointment to see my doctor I have other health problems that I need to be looked at that but all you're getting is a phone call from a doctor I need to see a doctor I am struggling really bad.and I need to see my GP but it's disgusting I've been ringing for the past 2 days and not getting nowhere I have other health problems that I need to see a doctor about which I am concerned about no wonder why they've only got 2.1 stars ratings because I've gone downhill

I was a little irritated when I couldn't book an appointment for my son and was instead given an online form, however I was wrong to be, the whole process was quick and efficient, the nurse called within a couple of hours, listened to my concerns, and after a quick photo submission sorted out the treatment he needed. Submitting my request online and avoiding your jammed phone lines is a great improvement. I'm sure there are occasions where face to face is necessary but I much preferred this method to visiting the practice on this occasion. So I wanted to give some positive feedback as I think this option is a great addition.
