I've changed from Kingston health to new practice haven't seen a nurse for 3 years at Kingston health even though they should have monitored me for high blood pressure the new surgery I'm at now picked it up straight away blood pressure was sky high they sent me straight to a and e were worried I might have stroke or heart attack my blood pressure was that high they couldn't understand why Kingston health had not monitored me for all those years and had not put me on any medication my new practice have been amazing checking me every week don't no what would have happened if I hadn't changed practice anonymous |

Within one minute of the start of my appoitment the GP referrred to a specialist, I was fine with that. I then tried to speak with the GP regarding a longstanding second issue. He refused, saying one issue one appointment and basically showed me the door!I had waited two weeks for this appointment, time off work etc and he gave me one minute maybe one minute thirty seconds due to the fact he would have to type up his one sentence notes. Terrible experience. |
