Had to move doctors last year and haven't found any of the 3 doctors easy to go and see or speak to. Having long term health conditions I'm fobbed back and forth so since September to now March I'm no further forward with anything and am told a lot to go buy certain prescriptions rather than being prescribed anything when this is hard due to not having the money just to do this. My health has gone down hill since I came to this practice Reception staff are fab however

The performance of my chosen GP practice has always been of a high order which is a true family practice. The doctors and all staff members are really helpful,courteous and frequently go beyond the usual limits, providing an overall excellent service. The staff ,if they promise to return a call, will always do so. The reception staff always go out their way to ensure they provide a caring, professional service at front of house. I have never left a nurse or a GP consultation feeling concerned at the lack of treatment , skills or knowledge of the clinician. Making appointments can be sometimes frustrating but I accept that there is pressure on staff,from current demands and pressures constantly being put on the surgery I understand this situation and know they are always doing their utmost best. I can honestly saying being with this practice since a child this practice has always applied the NHS six C with not only myself but my family also
