Had to ring for urgent appointment for my wife today and second on telephone waiting list., call was answered quickly and appointment for same day. Appointment with doctor was on time and she was very understanding with my wife's condition, bloods also taking by nurse. Prescription was given and follow up arrange for next week. In this day and age when we only hear about bad things, I have to say today was a first class example of how good Westbourne Medical Group is. Thank you | |||||||
