Website is not as informative as it should be in 2019. Lack of Practice Nurse appointments is a little concerning at Sunderland, needed a smear appointment and had to wait a couple of weeks. Reception staff were nice and helpful. Concerned about another CQC report stating requires improvement - still, practice has never received a rating above this which is not good really as this dates back over a number of years. Will be considering a move to Happy House Surgery who have excellent reviewed from CQC and patients. | |||||||

Visited GP practice reception staff very friendly and always put you at ease, saw GP treatment really good needed a blood test HCA offered same day really friendly and excellent at getting bloods really put me at ease as i have needle phobia. In general fantastic practice with fantastic staff. | |||||||

Had an appointment recently and the staff were helpful and polite. Not an up to date practice but they seem to manage. GP never on time and can be a little dismissive. District nurse was a gem. | |||||||
