I have waited in open surgery on 2 occasions for a total of 4 hours and on both occasions I didn’t see a doctor Hope I’m not seriously ill anytime

Went to the doctors for an issue I was having. Problem didn't seem to resolve so returned. After a grueling 4 and a half hour wait i was told I had been put on medication for something I didn't have. I was asked to return to the doctor for a discussion and possible blood test within 2 weeks however I could not get an appointment for another 4 weeks. This is terrible service. Every time you ring up you get told you cant have an appointment for 3-4 weeks however you can come and sit for 4 hours in the open access. This is not good practice. Relatives and friends have already left the practice and ive been hanging on for hope that it will get better as I have been a member there for over 20 years but think its time to go elsewhere.

Everytime I ask to see a doctor I’m referred to nurse practitioner who cannot increase tablet dosages. The treatment I have received from the practice is just awful, I ended up paying to go private to get to the bottom of my concerns after finally getting a diagnosis privately I was concerned about my medication dosage and was told that what I was asking for was dangerous even though this was recommended by a specialist. The level of care received is awful and feel robbed off everytime I speak to them.
