I'm really unsure why some people feel the need to be so negative! You can do a 1000 things right but people only ever comment when some thing goes not as planned. I've always been treated with care and dignity by the doctors and staff at Stafford Place Surgery. Never have a problem in getting an appointment and telephone access has never posed a problem.
