I’ve been with this practice for over 40 years and the staff have always been very pleasant, helpful, polite and professional. The Doctors all seem nice and take the time to listen to what the patient has to say. I don’t have any problem getting an appointment although you may not get one always on the day you want it but they do there best to accommodate you. I usually book online it’s so easy to do and you can choose which doctor or day if it’s not an emergency appointment you want. | |||||||

I can not find fault with this surgery the receptionists are friendly and efficient. This is a well run practice I have moved during being registered at this surgery and have not changed surgeries as I am happy with the service provided. I was particularly impressed whilst pregnant and once I had my child the midwives And health visitor are so professional whilst still being approachable. | |||||||

As the title suggests the service seems to be going down hill since the senior partner (?)
retired.
Contacting the surgery and receiving an appointment when wanted and with a preferred doctor proves very difficult even though when attending the surgery it is near empty most of the time.
Doesn't make sense you will agree. | |||||||
