I called GP on Thursday 11 11 2021. I wanted to make an appointment with a doctor. My back and right leg hurt a lot. I couldn't move. The pain was unbearable and for this reason I was not at work from Wednesday 10 11 2021.Gp refused to see a doctor and I was referred to a physiotherapist without immediate help, despite the fact that I informed that I was pregnant and I do not know what painkillers I can take.On Friday, 12 11 2021, a physiotherapist called me and after a telephone consultation, he decided that the situation was serious and I needed an immediate appointment When I asked for a sick leave, I was told to count 7 days from the date of my first absence from work and on the 7th day I should apply for an extension of the sick leave. When I called the clinic, the doctor decided that I would get the sick leave from November 19, 2021. And not from November 16, 2021, because my first contact for help is in the system on Friday, November 12, 2021.Which is NOT true, because my first contact and the request to see a doctor and help was on Thursday 11 11 2021.The 7 days of my first absence from work have passed on 16 11 2021. I did not get a sick leave until Friday, 19 November 2021. I do not have a proof of incapacity to work for 2 days.Despite the fact that it is a continuation of incapacity for work and an untreated disease. My employer wants proof of illness for these 2 days. If I don't deliver it, I might lose my job. Please provide the legal justification for the doctor's decision that the sick leave is counted not from the beginning of the disease but from the contact with the rehabilitate.

I am currently working with my gp to ensure I have the right dose of medication for my high blood pressure. Every month I have to call the gp to ask for a repeat prescription every month I am told to call the prescription line by at a certain time by a rude receptionist if I am unlucky to get her ..the other receptionists are kind and respectful Today I asked for a call back from.my gp to ensure I was ordering the correct meds she refused I asked to speak to the practice manager she refused in between times I can only think for effect she kept saying I was shouting I was not and she used this as a excuse to terminate the call it is such a shame because all other staff are great this receptionist needs some people skills and some empathy I have no meds tommorow again she does not care that I am at work and can't spend a hour on the phone at the allocated time that is convienant to the practice this is unreasonable it's shocking she would not let me speak to my gp to ensure I get the correct dose

I left Denmark Street surgery to move to here as it is nearer my home. I wish I had not. Feel like I am treated like a naughty schoolgirl. They ring me at home so I blocked the number. I have even been threatened with not getting my regular medicines if I did not see the doctor. I went in with an ankle complaint and got two different diagnosis. Never see the same doctor so really thinking of going back to Denmark Street.

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback regarding the service. I can assure you if we are trying to contact you there is certainly good reason for this, the practice have three regular GP's who tend to cover each other in periods of annual leave which keeps our use of Locum GP's to a minimum. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, please do not hesitate to give me a call on 01325 735000. Practice Manager.
