Dear Sir/Madam, I applied for PiP in may this year as I'm blind and deaf on my right since birth, I got told no in sept this year due to doctors report as case manager stated the information sent to the DWP by DR Pritchard wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. I asked for a copy of the information she supplied, which I have now. I'm disgusted at what she put about me, she didn't put any of my disabilities on the form, or ongoing issues but reverted to a mental health report from 2013 not 2021, and since I've not been with Mental health for 2yrs, there was no reason for her to write what she did. I have spoken to a solicitor and they said I should take this to court for medical Negligence as the form even states not to put harmful or anything under the criminal act of 1974. Since she stated I'm supposed to be a anti social personality disorder person who is a Danger to the Public, that's exactly what she wrote and sent to DWP. I'm 52yrs old my partner and family is disgusted with this. I will get compensation for this. I got told to report this to you first then legal action. My health and mental health state are through the roof, where's my duty of care. My rights as a human have been smeared. I'm not going to stop until I get compensation. Being treated like this in a covid world is a disgrace.
