I am appalled by the level of service to some of societies most vulnerable children and young people, from lost registrations, 30 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered, hour delays when at the surgery without explanation, short abrupt and quite frankly rude staff on occasion. Have compounded my decision to transfer the young people in my care to a different surgery. In essence this isn't a decision I have taken lightly. I am going to make a complaint via the practice manager in hope that this may make the service better for someone else.
