I can't believe in this day and age, and the fact I've contributed tax, ni ect since I was 18yrs old that today I had to have a consultation and chest examination in the car park of the doctors surgery, how undignified, disgraceful!! I am full aware that covid is here but these things could still take place face to face in a covid safe way, it is done in other places, a productive, confidential appointment, exam, consultation, ect cannot be carried out in a productive way in the middle of a car park, I'm sorry, its wrong on all levels!!

after an initial appointment for blood pressure issues, I was followed up quite well, however I was asked to make another appointment for the following month for more blood tests etc, this I tried but could only get a telephone appointment despite explaining the reasons, however I accepted this even though it was 4 weeks later, only trouble is this did not happen as they used a mobile number I had not had for a couple of years and had previously informed the practice of this, anyway when I rang back I had to wait another week for another telephone appointment, guess what, same again, so I asked for that number to be removed while I was on the phone so the same did not happen again, writing this review in anticipation of yet another telephone appointment but not holding my breath.
