Gone down hill terribly over recent years. Staff are rude and show a lack of care for patients everybody who works there wants to do the bare minimum which is the complete opposite of what the nhs usually stands for, if anybody wants efficient service, to be seen to by doctors who care and to be spoken to properly they shouldn’t go here. They charged me £100 for a medical report for a job I was applying to that was done to that poor of a standard i was asked if I had written it myself and I practically had to remind them everyday for a month to complete it in the first instance and it was subsequently refused due to the fact it had taken about 2 minutes to produce so I had to go private to get the report re-written- to which I received no refund. Everyone in my family has had nothing but negative things to say about this doctors surgery recently, with all of us being misdiagnosed in recent years with doctors seeming as if they just want you to leave as soon as the appointment starts. If you are a second late they speak to you like a schoolchild and refuse to see to you which is amazingly hypocritical considering how poor they are at their own timekeeping and punctuality we are now in the process of changing surgery’s and I hope to god people who see this do not go here.
