I find the surgery great. Knowingly enough, the NHS is under horrendous pressure, it is a miracle that the surgery can handle so many people, but they do.Never any fuss and lovely a reception, 5 stars for all. | |||||||

I have been a patient with this practice since 1992, though it was more convenient for me personally when it was located in Crossgate : so catching a bus or driving up to Pity Me is sometimes more difficult if ill. That said, my needs, sometimes rare, have been fully met, and a doctor has phoned me back at home if access difficulties prevented attendance at the surgery. The nurses have been outstanding. Over the past more than 25 years I have had a variety of medical needs; one emergency, the rest fairly routine. I have never felt dissatisfied or that I would not receive fair and attentive treatment, whichever doctor I saw. I feel I have received an outstanding and consistent level of support from one doctor, but am very happy with the treatment offered by all the others I have been in contact with, one of whom gave advice on New Year's Eve 2015 which possibly saved my eyesight. | |||||||
