Doctor lottery here. Younger doctors ok they actually listen to you and offer advice and treatment , some of the older ones a waste of space their standard response is , well just see how it goes and come back if it's no better , when you've already seen how it went and your at the doctors as a last resort . If you get one of these older doctors you might as well cancel and go to A&E . They also have a habit if changing your prescription and not updating your repeat so you have to make another appointment to sort it out, not easy when you have mobility issues ! | |||||||

I recently attended the practice with a lump on my leg. It was dealt with immediately and I was referred to specialist s in the area. I'm glad to say everything is OK. I was very impressed with the follow up calls from the surgery checking to see if I had received appointments from hospitals. They also rang to tell me when my appointments were even though I received notifications through the post. The doctor also phoned me with results before the bank holiday weekend so I wasn't left wondering until the Tuesday. Thank you all very much and it so reassuring to know that there is such a high level of care and commitment from a well organised team. | |||||||
