The doctors know their stuff. They try to run on time, but sometimes patients, such as myself present with complications or have another condition which is triggered by the treatment for the original condition. GP's take their time to gain information and will refer quickly if they think it's needed. Most of the doctors are approachable. They explain things well and if they need more insight they follow up on things. I would definitely recommend this practice as the GP's are good. Sometimes they seem a little distracted, but overall they are caring, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, supportive and appear to be constantly striving to improve things. A Some of the nurses are lovely and very understanding, but can also be very patronising. Receptionist have their moments. Some are helpful and some are a bit to up themselves. Other prefer to continue their conversations rather than deal with patients.
