Used to be excellent now very poor. Takes forever to get through on the phone. No continuity of care and results have to be chased. | |||||||

Some of the reception staff are not very nice at times over the telephone. You are left feeling like an inconvenience and a nuisance for ringing them. They can sound irritated and curt and it puts you off phoning. | |||||||
