Used to be excellent now very poor. Takes forever to get through on the phone. No continuity of care and results have to be chased. |

Some of the reception staff are not very nice at times over the telephone. You are left feeling like an inconvenience and a nuisance for ringing them. They can sound irritated and curt and it puts you off phoning. |

Find all the Doctors very supportive and they take their time to talk to you.
Reception staff usually helpful.
Can be difficult to get an appointment the same day and the process of having to ring at 8am everyday and trying to get through is quite trying at times. |
