Seems to have improved over the years. The reception team are fabulous as they are friendly and helpful despite having to deal with a large number of queries in one go and frequently difficult or complex patients. Nurses and HCA are very respectful and put you at ease. A mixture of doctors some of which I prefer more than others but individuals should form their own view. I can usually get an appointment when needed though a few more online pre-bookable on an evening would be a bonus. Clinics often run a little late but this is probably due to patients taking more than 10 minutes rather than the GP themselves and it is usually an acceptable and expected amount of time.

Just want to say a big thank you to everyone at the surgery - receptionists, nursing team and doctors for the great job they do. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and efficient and it really is appreciated.
