Our family had this GP for 5 years and we always got appointments when needed (same day for kids). Doctors are absolutely expert and really helpful. I am truly happy we have choosen them.

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff of Dunelm Gilesgate Moor Surgery. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, welcoming and helpful. I called in the morning for an emergency appointment on the day and they immediately provided me with a range of morning and afternoon options. Then it was found that my NHS registration by mail to this surgery had not been received, and so they offered to register me on the spot (which is very rare!). I can't emphasize how efficient and welcoming the admin staff was, and the GP I saw was caring, listened, positively responsive and very helpful. Even when I left, the staff showed extraordinary care, it had started raining heavily, and so without me saying anything, the reception offered to lend me a spare umbrella that they did not need. I have been using the NHS for more than 20 years and it is the best human experience I have ever had with a surgery and its staff, thank you for caring when people are at their most vulnerable moment!

Been here over 5 years, my doctor is great reception nice. Friendly and good service
