Very rude staff, some are excellent though don't get me wrong but the majority of them are so rude and lack any compassion. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour due to the doctors running behind (a usual occurance at coxhoe) and for half of that time I over heard conversations about how one of the receptionists loved her old job so much and another one about the receptionists husband beigg a car sales man and how they both disliked one of the other receptionists.... . Surely this isn't what you want to hear when you're poorly. The attitude of staff is dreadful no wonder they cannot keep staff. GP wise, unless you know you're going to poorly 3wks in advance don't waste you're time registering here.
