Staff as a whole disregarded me and refused to listen to what I had to say. They kept sending fabricated information elsewhere. Between the 18th of one month and the 7th of the next I was unable to obtain a future appointment date on which I could discuss my problem with manager. The day after I became distressed at the front desk because of their horrendously appalling lack of response I finally received a letter which showed the Surgery was dumping me! I had needed an appointment with Manager to report staff with symptoms of Factitious Disorder by Proxy. | |||||||
