I have to say the reception team here are so helpful, every time I have called they have always been more then happy to help even if appointments have not been possible due to them been full they always seam to come up with an alternative and alway point me in the right direction or advised me perfectly. Today I called as I booked a last minute family holiday, after booking I realised we may need to have some injections. The NHS advise we have them 6 weeks before traveling (we go in 4 weeks) the lady I spoke to on the phone sorry didn’t get her name and the nurse helping her was both amazing went above and beyond to fit me and my family in before we travel.
