Just another poor attendance at the surgery with negative responses to my requests for referral to specialists and lack of empathy also poor interpersonal skills to patients. I wish they had educational. play on how to speak to people to not make them feel like they are taking up their time and begging for specific treatment or therapy or specialist. I've had very good care by two Dr's over the years and excellent support from nursing staff and admin support. My recent consultation have been short, not referred to specialist people who have the expertise and the clock is very important!! All I ask is please imagine your family member is sitting as a patient with the problems I've explained. (Severe chronic pain, arthritis and fatigue) to name 1 condition. Also the website is so out of date and you can't suggest things when it's not updated. Its not a friendly welcoming practice that's online, just about a dementia friendly practice. Look at Bishopsgates{/. I know there's a good couple of Drs and nurse practitioners and I only wish I had the positive feedback others have spoken of. Please listen to patients, help by referring them in and treat pain strong pain relief as WHO advises.
