Why oh why How can I be 43 in the queue when I ring at 8am . Where are our GPs. When I got through told no appts and to call 111. After an hour I was cut off . What is going on at Neasham surgery ? Fed up patient | |||||||

Trying to get an appointment is a joke, the e consult doesn't work and when it does your told to contact the surgery anyway. Staff are always off sick or the surgery is closed for staff training. The pre bookable appointments are non existant and was told by the rude and condescending receptionist the only way to get an appointment is ring up at 8am, unfortunately some of us work for a living and are unable to!! | |||||||

Always friendly and very professional, extremely well organised team. I don't need medicle advice often but I'm very pleased to say when I did I felt in very safe hands.
