Easier to call 111 and get an appointment there through them!! Lovely doctors Used to be fine to get booked in but now, try calling at 8.30am and you will sit on the line holding for up to 20mins at a time!! If you get through they say nothing available try tomorrow or online but go online but nothing at all available online!!! Only way is 111!!! Very sad, tried to explain my frustration to be sent a letter threatening to remove me from the surgery list!! I give up and shall be moving to another practice!!

I went along for a blood test, which I have to have every 3 month due to my medication. I was asked why I needed the blood test and what they were looking for in my blood which I find a total joke. I told the nurse I have just been told by my specialist that I needed my blood taken within a week or I will be refused my tablets and you should know this as the surgery has shared care, I was then told that there is nothing on the computer about shared care, then in the next breath told my blood test wasn't due till January next year but would take it anyway but still didn't know what to sample my blood for. What a total joke, got up and walked out in disbelief.
