With the exception of 2 gp's who are bloody brilliant, the rest are ill informed and dangerous. They lack any kind of knowledge regarding patient care and fail to follow the guidelines of the GMC. Complaints are ignored requests for repeat medication for long term health conditions are rejected without reason. Then when calling the surgery they say they haven't rejected them yet Patient Access quite clearly states they have. Twice this has happened in last 3months to me, thankfully speaking with one of the 2 decent doctors can resolve the issue. Shake thenr3st of them lack this skill set. | |||||||

Lead practitioner told us that my 2yr old daughter looked the picture of health at an appointment. This is after 2weeks of seeing other gp's who were frankly not interested. After another sleepless night and sickness we got to see a doctor who sent us strught to UHND. It was at UHND where we found out her iron levels were that low the next step would have been heart failure. Seriously it beggars belief that there are still GP's who are clueless yet hold a lead position at a practice. | |||||||
