Ordered tablets for mother in law 2 times and still waiting that was two weeks ago. Tried again tonight. If you are not going to phone people back don’t ask them to leave a message and phone number on the prescription line. All three requests have been done during the correct time as well. | |||||||

asked them to do a letter to send to DWP because i have to have a stupid assessment every so often, my last doctors surgery had no problems filling out a letter stating i need a home assessment because of my disabilities, this surgery charged me £17.50 for one sentence and it wasnt even what i asked for, so i told them because of my disabilities i need a letter from them to say my assessment is better being done at home, the place i have to go to has 54 steps, i cant even manage my own stairs because of severe hips and knees pain, seeing an orthopedic surgeon soon for possingle hip replacement, i was told "the doctor doesnt know you cant do 54 steps so you will have to be assessed here first costing a whopping £95, we both know how much pain im in, only the rich can afford prices like that, disgusted, i have emailed my mp about this | |||||||
