Phone for appointment only get a telephone appointment then given an appointment to go to Bishop Auckland hospital as doctors to busy to see me, yet if you visit the surgery you will be lucky if there’s 2 to 3 patients there most likely seeing the nurses who seem to do most of the work. Strange how when it’s time for flu or Covid injections the doctors can see you must be more money in that as they are run as a business. Wish I could move to another practice as this one is getting worse, Covid has been the best excuse to nort see patients | |||||||

I would like to commend the surgery and particularly one GP's thoroughness in dealing with fostering medicals. I found this encouraging. I would also like to thank the admin/reception staff who were very professional, efficient and friendly. They were proactive about keeping me up-to-date with the information I needed, conscientious and understanding.I highly recommend the surgery based on my interaction. | |||||||

Shocking service. Wont let you book appointments in advice. If u ask not to see a certain doctor they wont book you an appointment. Making you ring 111 and wasting there time. If it wasnt the only doctors in the village i would be changing within a heart beat. Disrespectful doctors that work there and the people in the office think they doctors and tell you wether or not you can see someone.
