It doesn't matter what member of staff I am booked to see, I get the same welcome and treatment from everyone involved from the minute I enter the building. Always treated with respect and given the time to explain the reason for my visit, I am never treated as a "nuisance" or feel "rushed" by anyone. Thank you everyone who makes this a wonderful surgery filled with wonderful staff. | |||||||

Turned up st surgery for appt to have bloods taken, but couldn't book in, so went to the desk. Monday morning brain freeze as I was an hour ahead of appointment time, but that wasn't a bother for the receptionist who asked a nurse if she could fit me into her obviously busy schedule to save me going home and coming back. The nurse was on her break, yet took time out from that tk go to her room, check my BP (as requested also), then took my bloods too. Fabulous. Within ten minutes I was on my way home. Can't fault this surgery with it's great staff giving great treatment all the time. | |||||||

If there’s a date you know you have to be here why on earth can’t you book in advance???? I try every single time to get in for my 12 week date for a depo I ring three weeks in advance to be told the appointments don’t open yet. I ring the week after to be told no appointments cant be booked. I ring on the week to be told that I must ring at 8.30 every day on the off chance I may get an appointment.......this is almost impossible to achieve. It’s not a one off it’s every single time how stressful would you like this process to be? I mean I’m not asking the world I don’t ring up last minute expecting to get in quite the opposite I have to plan I work seven days a week and I’ve never missed an appointment so why on earth won’t you let me book for the date you say I must be there for the injection to work???????
Your reception staff do there best and are always apologetic but give them a hand will you. | |||||||
