Withholding massification that works trying me on medication they already know that I am allergic to but they still did it anyway bunch of inadequate unprofessional morons I asked to put in a formal complaint and was told somebody would be in contact with me within three days however that was two weeks ago and still nobody contacted me about my complaint So I am now bedbound without any medication whatsoever and they don't give a damn

Benonik painkiller for over 20 years then they had trouble with manufacturing so the doctors at Eden medical tried me on different forms of pain relief however none of it worked and last week I was represcribed my original painkillers however in all their wisdom they have decided to withhold these painkillers from me which means I have no quality of life I am unable to move around freely because of pain and I really do not believe that the doctors can be bothered to do anything about it. 1 minute I am told that the medication is being blacklisted and then today I was told that it costs too much money on the NHS so all I can say is that the doctors in Eden medical surgery Carlisle are incompetent liars

Absolutely rubbish surgery waiting 30 minutes to answer phone doctors not filling referral forms in properly so they get rejected so you have to wait even longer clueless receptionists flippant attitude doctors surgeries need to do what the rest of us have had to do in these difficult times work longer hours open surgeries on weekends
