Norwood medical center has changed it's protocol regarding both appointments and prescriptions I can not follow up on details with the doctor no feed back after making appointment with Barrow Infirmary for blood tests for Ilona Hirst and David Hirst. I submitted our blood test's we had carried out at Rackeve HU. Also David Hirst had a chest X-ray also I have had no feed back regarding test for Oxford ( sister Rosemary Bacon ). I do not see why this doctors service is required when we must chase up our own prescriptions we are 79 and 77 year old people also I have served in the forces so what is this Veteran service?. | |||||||

I have been trying to get my medical prescription I have issued all details into your reception I have contacted the delivery chemists and they have referred me back to your office. So am I to understand you no longer service your patients needs I am both Ex Forces and civil service now I am retired 79 year old person and not getting my meds. Have now disabled me as far has movement is concerned!. I also would like in formation regarding injections for booster 4 and flue!. So please think of your patients when you make your autocratic changes | |||||||
