After calling constantly from 8am to either get no dial tone, listen to long message before telling you queue is full and hangs up to eventually getting onto a long waiting queue to ask for an emergency appointment. Get told the doctor would call you back, roll on 5pm when finally got back to me. Wasn't interested in listening, talked over me, gave incorrect advice and wanted me off the phone asap and I ended up in A&E 2 days later for an emergency opperation. | |||||||

I submitted an e consultation at the weekend, within 24 working hours Dr Monaghan phoned to discuss this with me. A prescription was sent the same day to the chemist. Fabulous service. Very caring staff . Thank you | |||||||

The doctors don’t listen at all! My mother has had multiple phone appointments over the past year (due to the pandemic) and the doctors she has spoken to have not listened at all, being interrupted, spoken over and dismissed before being even able to tell them her full list of symptoms! Absolutely disgraceful. | |||||||
