Two particular doctors are very friendly caring doctors that give you time to discuss your problems and arrange treatments and referrals quickly, they are also very supportive.
The surgery is run very efficiently and you do not have to wait long to get an appointment, surgery hours are very flexible ie very early in the morning or late afternoon. |

I registered to melrose surgery because I read some good reviews and it is not far from where I live. After visiting it a couple of times, I feel a bit disappointed. Making an appointment by phone is almost impossible, reception staff was often rude and the doctors were rushing (except for a few cases). I was speaking to the doctor and they were typing on the computer. Sometimes the medicines/creams they suggested were not the right ones according to what they told me in the pharmacy. Without trying to say that they are completely horrible, I think that there are a couple of things that need to be improved. I hope my comments to be taken into account. |
