Have been in this surgery for about 17 years, I could get appointment any time when needed. GP's and staff were excellent. But now this surgery is one big joke, is there actually any Doctors in there??? The receptionists are very miserable and unpleasant, and I disagree with them looking at my health records, they are not a GP even though they like to think they are: I have tried to get a phone consultation or even a face to face with a doctor but, as usual no appointments EVER, all you get told is ring 111 or 119, no wonder the hospital's are over run, because people just can't get to see a GP. I even tried on line to get an appointment, and this is the idiotic reply I got: cutting long story short, because of the symptoms I gave, I got told it could be likely a viral infection, possibly covid, REALLY?? don't they think we do a covid test first, I did and it was NEGATIVE, then it was allow a further 2 weeks for symptoms to resolve, I have already had my symptoms for 2 weeks already,. Sorry but I do not rate this surgery any more they are not giving the Quality of care there patients deserve.

I am asthmatic, there are times in which it gets really bad and I need to use my blue inhaler the 2 puffs four times a day, for years I had been getting my Ventolin inhaler every month and then last year 2020 it got put to every 2 months because it is a metered 200 doses, how can you justify that? I have been finding this a real struggle at times, and with this pandemic going on, I think it's an absolute disgrace that you are not giving the people the care that they deserve. Therefore I will be writing a letter of complaint to the appropriate persons.
