Great modern surgery with lovely staff who are always willing to help. The appointments are either available as non-urgent, a few weeks in advance, emergency ones released at 8am to 8:30am every day on the phone and online system, then urgent ones released at 8:30am on the phone and online each morning. Telephone appointments are available for certain issues too. Some Doctors do work part time, so you might have to wait longer if you insist on seeing one specific Dr. You can register for online services at reception in about 10 minutes as long as you have photo ID. I have a long term condition and help out with medical student and baby GP training by being a mystery patient, which is really good as my condition is very under diagnosed and I have previously received poor medical treatment before moving here. I have been registered here since 2012.

The phone is always answered promptly and then that is where the excellent service starts. It is really easy to get an appointment - normally within a day or two The reception staff are extremely efficient and professional My prescriptions are easily repeated so I can just call in to collect Now - onto the Drs themselves. Caring, thorough and extremely professional.

Been with Eaglescliffe Medical Practice for well over a decade and always been treated well. Never had too many difficulties getting an appointment within a reasonable length of time. It is difficult to get through by phone though, which is a bit hit and miss.
