My medication needs reviewing by the doctor but i cannot get an appointment the reception staff just say they will reinstate it then the same thing happens next month .i thought the doctors were told to open the door to their patients it is not happening at this surgery | |||||||

Can never get appointments, when you book appointments cancelled when you get there, nurse asks you to phone receptionists won’t then put you through, messages not passed on. Receptionists quite rude at times, can be upsetting don’t listen. Only good thing is a few nurses. | |||||||
