I was blown away today when, unbeknown to me, I rang after surgery had closed to enquire about being able to get a prescription for my son. The receptionist was exceptional, trying to help me where possible with sympathy and concern. Upon hearing that my toddler's temperature was 39.4 she said she would speak to the doctor. Going above and beyond, the doctor agreed to see my son even though it was now nearly half an hour since surgery had closed. Thank you so much for looking after my son so well, you're services are very much appreciated.
