I saw a great doctor here for a number of years, but he has now left the practice. I’ve found that the remaining doctors haven’t offered the same standard of care I was used to. We go to see doctors when we are at our most vulnerable, but I’ve found the attitude here to be uncaring and dismissive - which can be upsetting at these times. You don’t expect your doctor to constantly interrupt, talk you down, and fail to listen to your concerns. A little compassion - and allowing someone to finish a sentence before making an assumption - goes a long way. Will be moving practices. | |||||||

I have been a patient for 36 years, since moving to Golborne from Northamptonshire. My husband and I saw the same dr and I have never looked back. The care they have always shown me, my late husband and my children has been second to none. When a new Doctor joined the practice, the same duty of care to us applied. When I hear of the experiences of family and friends with their doctors, some local others in different parts of the country, I feel very very fortunate to have two such special doctors and also support staff that are 'looking after' me. When my husband was very ill , both doctors visited whenever necessary and fully supported both of us during a very difficult time and continued supporting me after my husband died. I could not and cannot ask for better treatment. | |||||||
