I have been with this surgery for 20 years and find all staff that work here fantastic. The receptionists are always so helpful and go out of their way to sort out any issues or arrange a p/c with the Doctor when needed the nurses too are very good. I’ve also seen the doctor several times this year as I have a long-term condition and I’m 73 years of age and I feel much better when I have seen him Thank you Higher Ince you are a godsend to me. | |||||||

Had to wait 10 days for an appointment. Working hours of the GP’s and some nursing service only operate in 9-3 so if you work you have to lose pay. Receptionist are unhelpful, unorganised and rude at times. Nearly lost my job as it took them 21 days to sort a sick note. If it wasn’t for Tracy (practitioner) and Vicky (nurse) I would off changed surgeries. Them ladies are amazing!! | |||||||
