Ive had cause to speak to the Doctor twice this week, once for my son and once for myself. Im not going to pretend booking online is easy, but in both instances when I contacted the surgery directly, the 2 Receptionists were brilliant. Im really only sorry I didnt take their names so I could mention them directly. My son saw Dr Laws face to face, i had an online consultation. This man is so professional and so lovely, he puts you at ease and really listens. I just wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation as I feel the surgery gets a lot of undeserved bad press of late. Thank you! | |||||||

My mother has needed a repeat prescription as her existing one has run out. She constantly spends time on the phone as she doesn’t have internet access. And very rarely manages to get through. Their telephone system at best, is rarely answered. And at worst, is ignored. This has happened repeatedly. | |||||||

keep pushing you to out of hours as no doctors here.
if who ever runs this practise.. an we all know who does. If they put as much effort into Newton le willow .private and BBC coverage,blowing their own trumpet
the patients would be better looked after
