I have now left this surgery due to constant fobbing off from the staff. Multiple prescription issues with zero duty of patient care from the surgery. Im on high dosage mental health depression medication, where missing a dose can put my life in danger due to the withdrawal side effects. Latest mess up with a prescription review i was not informed about, and witholding my prescription over a weekend, meaning a 4th emergency NHS111 referral for my medication, was the straw that broke the camels back. I can only advise people to either go to the medical centre next door or a nearer gp. Utter disgrace to the profession. |

Currently trying to send details of my mother's leg issue to this waste of space of a practice this place is. My mother phoned this morning only for the receptionist to tell her not to use the phone, use the internet. But pray, how does one do that when the patient portal is only active for one hour daily? What happened to the other 7 hours of a working day? Feet up and have a brew. So, at the moment, we cannot contact our GP. It's time for me to move my mum. Doctor Galta should hang their head in shame. What a poor, crap situation this is. A GP surgery that does not accept their patient's illness. For the record, I left this practice last year after they booted me out, a 35-year patient. |

It's virtually impossible to get an appointment, and frustratingly I have been told different things by different members of staff. There is no transparency of proper information regarding the appointments service and I have honestly never come across staff who are less helpful. On the website there is information relating to the GP hubs but this information has never been offered to me by reception staff. I have been with this practice for many years as it used to be convenient, but enough is now enough and I am looking to move myself and my family elsewhere. |
