This has been my family practice for at least 40 yrs years and i have seen many changes, some I must say not for the better, most of the staff are hard working, friendly and very helpful especially the reception and clerical staff and one particular practice nurse, however my experience lately has blackened the high commendation I for this practice. My husband has suffered with Anxiety for at least 12 months now and over the past few months his fear of going to the GP surgery has escalated, and for many years he hasn't been to see the GP due to this, and now for reasons i cannot put on here his 'critical' medication is being withheld, surely in this day and age with Mental Well Being a big part of the National news and Social Media, GP's should have an understanding of this. I understand that we have been in the middle of a pandemic and that services have been disrupted but why have not got the facility for late night surgery anymore when it would be convenient and more accessible for hardworking people to attend. We have no choice but to seek an alternative GP practice.

One doctor is no good and possibly ignore patient that leave it too long for your health issues before you found out of your result and the nurse is fantastic job
