I have been a member of this practice since birth so naturally I signed my son up to this practice. We got an appointment for him recently, turned up and waited forty minutes only to be told the doctor wasn't in so all appointments had been cancelled. We were then told it was our fault as we hadn't put any contact details (when we definitely did when we signed him up). Luckily another doctor saw him but the receptionists attitude absolutely stank! Today I picked up a repeat prescription only to find that he had been given the wrong thing even though I had taken the inhaler in and write down word for word the name of it. | |||||||
