Used to be an excellent surgery not anymore. My partner has had surgery for cancer he needs repeat prescription he’s put a request in and they can’t be bothered to issue them. Hes been waiting since 1/4 He’s also asked for a doctor to ring him they haven’t. They don’t answer their phones when you try contact them.

me and my family have been with this practise for years, i came to the Doctors yesterday, perfect from start to finish, no waiting time, seen accordingly, professional consultation and everything explained in detail. the reception staff are a breath of fresh air! nothing is to much trouble. I am however struggling to understand the previous review I have just read as I have never heard a bad word said about this surgery and have only ever had good experiences. highly recommend, keep up the good work!!!!

I used to sing the praises of this surgery however in the last 12 months something seriously has gone wrong - it’s almost impossible to get a routine appointment unless you call in and if you work that’s not always easy, you can only book appointments between 8am - 10am in the morning that’s if you can get through on the phone and that’s only for that day not for any routine things, you order a repeat prescription and it’s missing items and then told it’s your fault despite me photocopying my repeat to prove what I ordered and the surgery can’t provide the original you gave them. They say they have never received hospital correspondences despite acknowledging items that are in the same envelope. Most recently I had major surgery and the hospital wrote to the surgery to notify them of my discharge and that I was in bed rest - I’m not heard anything despite calling the surgery and neither have they changed my medication as as directed by the hospital despite acknowledging my discharge.there seems to be a fundamental breakdown in management here for some reason as the admin staff tell you one thing and the management team and doctors tell you another it’s gotten so bad I’m so concerned my my health and the way it’s managed I will be moving surgery and would recommend other patients do the same.
