All of the staff I have dealt with have been amazing. Either on reception or the GPs/nurses themselves. The reception staff were kind to fit in my husband at short notice when he was not registered, as it was an emergency, and he was later diagnosed with a chronic condition by the GP who was astute enough to do some proper tests. I have real faith in the clinicians here and it's lovely to have such a good practice close by.

Can't rate this practice highly enough - staff are friendly and helpful and my family and I have always had excellent care from both doctors and the wonderful practice nurse. I would, and do, recommend this practice to friends and family. This is a well run and friendly practice offering excellent medical and nursing care. not easy in the current climate with the pressures on the system

It is with regret that we have had to change surgery following a house move to Sandbach. The service we have received from all staff including reception, the lovely staff nurse and GPs has been exemplary. One Dr, in particular who we have seen for the majority of our visits stands out as a real credit to his profession. He was always respectful, interested, took his time with you to explain things and show an interest in you. His demeanour and positive attitude always cheered you up and despite sometimes having to wait to see him, it was worth it and we understood why he was always so busy. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this surgery to anyone and I do not believe there is a better surgery anywhere else in the country because after 50 years, we have not found one ! This is the only downside to us moving house sadly. Thank you to all staff and very best wishes to your continued success.
