One appointment one problem ?? I had 3 problems, easy and straightforward told to book three consecutive appointments so that would be 45 minutes for 3 things that could have all been done in 15 minutes!! That’s why you can’t get an appointment time not used efficiently quick to text telling me about wasted appointments not quick to tell you how much time they waste on unnecessary appointments

Rash on my legs, physician associate looked from a distance and prescribed creams, did the same second time I went so I paid for a private consultation with Consultant Dermatologist within 15 minutes AFTER close up examination and history diagnosis made and medicines prescribed. Took the letter on the Saturday morning to hand in, rang bell on reception inside and a person came from behind reception told me to come back Monday to hand it in wouldn’t take it and put it in the post in tray, couldn’t even tell me to put it in the slot for prescriptions as I was told when I went back terrible customer service all round worst practice not outstanding need reinspection from CQC !

I have to concur with the other ppl leaving poor feedback , .I'm different not been docs in 12 years ( mainly for poor service) so not used to process . What I've found if you book your looking at a month , but moan say your in pain seem to get one next day .. I asked for represcriotion , fine as long as I tell them what I had , unfortunately my empties were binned . Had ear infection skin issue told the doc I'd had a swelling behind ear which I thought was linked , sorry can only discuss 1 issue , I gave up trying to explain they were linked
