Takes an hour to talk to somebody on the phone, no face to face appointments offered and you're lucky to get a same day telephone appointment. Had to go through 111 for an antenatal urgent care issue, 111 tried to contact the surgery to arrange an emergency appointment and even they couldn't get through to anyone using their own separate phone number for the surgery. I was then sent to Trafford General to be seen by a doctor who medicated me and gave me advice but said I really should speak to my gp and was shocked to hear it was nearly impossible to get an appointment with them. Tried to book in for antenatal vaccines only to be told to try again in 2 weeks time. I was offered a smear test multiple times while pregnant, I booked one then decided to query this. After waiting on the phone for over half an hour, I asked if it was safe to have a smear and they replied no. I then questioned why I was even offered the smear appointments when I was pregnant and they told me they had no evidence of my pregnancy on their system. I was so shocked at this as I have told them multiple times of my pregnancy and had a UTI treated with them. I truly believe that this surgery are negligent and have no motivation to help. I have been left in tears
