I first registered here almost 30 years ago when I moved to the North West. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed by, or let down by anyone or any aspect of the practice. I have heard so many horror stories from friends, family and colleagues of the length of time to wait for appointments and in waiting rooms, how impersonal practices are with self registration on arrival and how brusque and impatient G.P.s can be. I feel very lucky to have had a recommendation to register with the doctor (before the current practice existed) and that the old school values still remain. I moved from my local practice which was utterly diabolical and the difference is amazing. I rarely visit the doctor but when I do I expect to be able to see one which was not the case at my previous practice. Everything with them was a battle and stressful. However, at High Lane the service is outstanding! It's well worth travelling the distance for service like this. This is how all surgeries should be run. Well done to all at High Lane!
