Was able to obtain an appointment with the physio based at the surgery within a couple of days by booking through online access without the need for prior referral from the GP. (First Point Contact Physio) Attended the appointment got excellent advise, diagnosis and a steroid injection.

i needed an emergency appointment last month and got one on the day i called. i saw a trainee GP, i dont usally write GP feedback but i have to say i have one of the GP best experiences ive had. The GP’s knowloege was vast in all the areas i needed support in. just a quick note to say thank you Many thanks Mr Hofton

I don't luckily need to go to the doctors often, but recently when I had been feeling unwell I was able to get an appointment with the doctor at a time convenient to me. Its a massive help that the practice opens on a late night and they were able to facilitate me then. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable and showed exemplary professionalism, he took the time to discuss my treatment options and also advised me towards the weekend sessions they have for blood tests. In my opinion this practice works hard to satisfy their patients and I am very happy with the kindness and consideration they show towards me whenever I need to visit. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful, and the facilities are clean and moder. Thank you to all for a very positive experience, you all work very hard and I for one am grateful for all your efforts
